In a meeting, under the Chatham House Rule. I think people use this definition fairly loosely, so I Iooked it up:
When a meeting, or part thereof, is held under the Chatham House Rule, participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speaker(s), nor that of any other participant, may be revealed.
Therefore, I’ve removed all the names and you’re unlikely to guess them from the likenesses.
There’s a bottle of champagne in my next meeting, it’s that time of year.
I think under Chatham House Rules, you must add sunglasses and a fake beard to everyone in the room! 🙂
Give all participants a ZZ Top look? I’ll find the right meeting and give ita go!
